In recognition of the “Week of the Young Child”, Captain Hope’s Kids celebrated young children by hosting a carnival in their honor at our partner agency, Nexus Recovery Center. The theme of the carnival was health and safety. Parents brought their children to celebrate and participate in this spectacular carnival event.
There were booths on teaching your child how to call 911, wash thier hands and brush their teeth. A representitive of the USDA gave them tips on eating healthy.
